The ideal candidate will leverage AI, machine learning, and process automation to enhance efficiency, optimize workflows, and support data-driven decision-making. This role requires a strategic mindset, hands-on experience with AI technologies, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable AI solutions.

What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • AI Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and execute an enterprise-wide AI strategy aligned with the company’s digital transformation goals.

  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders to identify pain points and deliver AI-powered use cases across departments.

  • Project Execution: Lead the design and deployment of AI projects such as:

    • Smart Knowledge Base systems to improve internal and client support

    • AI-powered chatbots for recruitment, HR queries, and client interactions

    • Document summarization and classification tools

    • Predictive analytics models for workforce planning, finance, and customer behavior

    • Email automation & sentiment analysis for marketing and client feedback.

  • Data Management & Modeling: Work with DevOps and IT teams to source, clean, and process data for AI model training and validation.

  • Deployment & Monitoring: Oversee deployment pipelines and model monitoring to ensure scalability, performance and reliability.

  • Training & Documentation: Educate internal teams on AI tools, usage guidelines, and responsible AI practices.

  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure all AI solutions follow regulatory standards (PCI DSS, SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR) and ethical AI principles.


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields. PhD is a plus.

  • At least 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML solution development.

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering enterprise AI solutions, preferably in a BPO or offshoring environment.

  • Strong experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI APIs, LangChain, and NLP frameworks.

  • Familiarity with tools like AWS SageMaker, Google Cloud AI, or Azure Machine Learning.

  • Strong consulting and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and execution.

  • Working knowledge of data security and compliance requirements.
