We are looking for an Amazon E-commerce Specialist who will play a critical role in optimizing our product listings, managing advertising campaigns, and overseeing inventory flow. What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Develop, manage, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display to drive traffic and sales.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research to enhance campaign performance and boost sales growth.
  • Content Optimization: Create and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, bullet points, and backend keywords) to improve visibility and conversion rates.
  • Develop A+ content and Enhanced Brand Content (EBC) to further enhance product presentation.
  • Work with graphic designers to produce high-quality product images and infographics that showcase our products effectively.
  • Monitor customer reviews and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement in product descriptions and features.
  • Oversee inventory management for Amazon FBA and FBM operations, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely fulfillment.
  • Monitor Amazon listings for out-of-stock or pricing issues and resolve them promptly to maintain optimal sales performance.
  • Ensure compliance with Amazon’s fulfillment policies and quality standards to maintain seller health.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics (sales, impressions, conversion rates, etc.) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with inventory and fulfillment teams to maintain accurate stock levels and streamline operations.
  • Handle customer service inquiries through Amazon and maintain high seller ratings.


Who are we looking for?

  • At least 3-5 proven experience in utilizing Amazon Vendor and Seller central including PPC campaigns, optimization, content creation, product listings, inventories, FBA and FBM.
  • Proven experience managing an Amazon seller account or related e-commerce platform.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon product listings and content creation.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices specific to Amazon.
  • Experience with A+ and Enhanced Brand Content (EBC) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Amazon FBA and inventory management processes.
  • Proficiency in Amazon PPC and advertising tools.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Excel or other data analysis tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
  • Experience in expanding markets such as EU, Canada, and Australia is a plus.
