We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Accountant to take full ownership of the AP cycle—from invoice processing and vendor payments to reconciliation and audit support. You'll be working with modern tools like Coupa, NetSuite, and Concur while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness in all AP processes. What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Handle full-cycle Accounts Payable
  • Process vendor invoices with 2-way/3-way matching
  • Validate approvals, receipts, and packing slips for accuracy
  • Enter and manage invoices in Coupa; follow up for approvals
  • Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies
  • Manage vendor payment runs, ACH, and wire setup
  • Prepare monthly journal entries and AP-related reconciliations
  • Support month-end close and assist in 1099 processing
  • Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) internal controls
  • Assist with audit requests and ad hoc finance projects

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or related programs
  • Minimum 3–4 years of relevant AP experience
  • Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP
  • Experience using NetSuite and Coupa is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with Concur is a plus
  • Proficient in Excel (intermediate to advanced level)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently
