What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Process vendor invoices and ensure timely, accurate payments through QuickBooks Online.
• Prepare and send customer invoices and monitor online collections.
• Reconcile accounts regularly and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Support month‑end closing activities and assist in preparing financial reports.
• Maintain organized, accurate financial records in QuickBooks and other accounting tools.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• 2–3 years of experience in AP/AR roles within accounting or payroll environments.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online for invoicing, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and data handling.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and compliance standards.
• High attention to detail with the ability to work independently and maintain accuracy.
