You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

​• Generate leads through various channels and methods
• Schedule appointments for our sales team with potential clients
• Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in our CRM system
• Follow up with leads to ensure timely scheduling of appointments
• Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their needs and qualify them for appointments
• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead generation strategies

Who are we looking for?

• Proven experience in lead generation and appointment setting
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with B2B outbound calling
• Ability to make 150 to 200 calls and emails per day
• Proficient in using CRM software, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams
• Highly organized and able to manage time effectively
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
