What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner client by performing these tasks:

Prospecting New Leads:
Identify and research potential investors based on ideal client criteria on LinkedIn Sales Navigator platform. Utilize various sourcing techniques to build a robust pipeline of leads.

Scheduling Existing Leads:
Reach out to existing leads in CRM to schedule a call with an Investor Relations team member. Strategically sort through the list of older leads and reach out to them to re-spark the conversation when all of the new leads have been hit. Starting at the top of the list with the most email opens/clicks and moving down to the cold leads.

Initial Contact:
Initiate contact with prospects using the most appropriate communication channels. Engage in brief preliminary conversations to qualify their interest and investment potential. Channels can be social media, text, email, or phone call.

Scheduling:
Schedule and confirm 15-minute discussions between prospects and Investor Relations, ensuring that these are arranged at convenient times and added to Investor Relation’s calendar without conflicts. A Calendly link will be setup. Ensure all proper information is captured as well if anything is missing: email, phone number, full name. Scheduler is also able to answer general FAQs on the company that the lead might have off the bat.

Follow-Up:
Manage post-scheduling communication, ensuring prospects receive all necessary appointment confirmations and pre-meeting materials. Maintain a system to remind prospects of upcoming appointments. Review any action items from recordings, synthesize, and disseminate to Investor Relations team members, taking proper notes and recording them in the CRM for ease of access along the way.

Calendar Management:
Regularly update and manage Investor Relation’s Calendly link and ensure it reflects their current availability accurately.

Reporting:
Keep track of daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting metrics and report to the Investor Relations team to ensure targets are met and any issues are addressed promptly.
