We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and verifying daily deposits, reconciling discrepancies, and maintaining accurate financial records. You will collaborate with dealership managers and accounting supervisors to ensure compliance with company policies while also handling reporting, journal entries, and accounts receivable follow-ups.

What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Process and verify daily deposits for assigned stores, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Provide reports on outstanding items to dealership managers and accounting supervisors.

  • Verify and file 8300 reports submitted by the Finance Department.

  • Record notes in Reverse Risk for unresolved discrepancies in Parts & Service Cash Sales.

  • Research and reconcile deposit discrepancies on bank reconciliations.

  • Prepare and post journal entries with Business Manager approval.

  • Report new Berco Billing Service repair orders and parts tickets.

  • Conduct semi-monthly detailed reviews of assigned schedules, resolving discrepancies:

    • Parts & Service Cash Sales (Schedule 2)

    • Berco AR (Schedule 19)

  • Follow up on past-due receivables, contact customers, and record collection notes in CDK.

  • Maintain a professional appearance and organized work area.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Who are we looking for?

  • College degree in Finance, Accountancy, or Business (preferred but not required).

  • At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable.

  • Willingness to learn new tools.

  • Exceptional attention to detail.

  • Above-average communication skills.

  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
