​We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing large customer deposits, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring accurate payment processing. You will play a key role in maintaining customer accounts, handling past-due balances, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve account issues.

What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Process large customer deposits daily, including ACH, checks, EFTs, and credit cards.

  • Communicate with customers regarding invoices, past-due payments, licenses, and account statuses.

  • Accurately process returned payments and maintain customer card records.

  • Review customer statements and make collection calls for overdue balances.

  • Provide prompt and professional responses to customer requests.

  • Escalate high-risk accounts or concerning customers to the supervisor.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer balances and inquiries.

  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and problem resolution.

  • Conduct research projects and complete other duties as assigned.


Who are we looking for?

  • 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, or other accounting functions.

  • Experience processing large customer deposits daily, including ACH, checks, EFTs, and credit cards.

  • Ability to update required licenses and maintain customer card records accurately.

  • Microsoft Dynamics NAV software

  • Updating required licenses maintaining customer card records

  • Preferably available to start ASAP.
