What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Portfolio Analysis: Assist in analyzing and evaluating investment portfolios to assess their performance and alignment with investment goals.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on portfolio performance and investment strategies for review by senior team members and stakeholders.
• Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to extract insights from financial data, enabling data-driven investment decisions.
• Market Research: Stay informed about market trends and industry developments to support investment analysis and decision-making.
• Asset Valuation: Assist in conducting valuations of assets to determine their market or intrinsic value, contributing to investment assessments.
• Risk Management: Participate in risk assessment and management, including identifying, quantifying, and mitigating portfolio risks.
• Due Diligence: Support due diligence efforts, help assess prospective assets' financial health, and help evaluate risk factors.
• Asset Allocation: Collaborate with senior team members to determine appropriate asset allocation within portfolios to meet investment objectives.

Who are we looking for?

• At least 2 years of experience in commercial real estate.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate underwriting or investment modeling.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate investment performance metrics.
• Familiarity with NetSuite, Smartsheet, Storedge, IMS, or Salesforce is a plus.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and reports simultaneously across various stages.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and diligent, with the ability to work independently while remaining composed under pressure.
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions to challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A team player who excels in collaboration and relationship-building with both internal and external stakeholders.
