Asset Management Analyst

We are looking for a Asset Management Analyst who will gather and clean large datasets, perform market and competitor analysis, conduct mystery shopping, extract and validate raw data, produce structured Microsoft Excel outputs, support reporting and dashboard creation, research pricing, availability, and occupancy, and analyze supply and demand indicators using proprietary market tools.


What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Conduct primary market research via mystery/secret shopping and competitor calls to collect pricingunit availability, and occupancy data across assigned markets.
  • Capture and maintain research results in Microsoft Excel with intermediate to advanced functions (pivot tableslookupssorting and filteringdata manipulation); expect heavy Excel usage daily.
  • Analyze supply vs. demand drivers within trade areas and support reporting using proprietary market tools (training provided).
  • Ensure 99–100% data accuracy by validating inputscatching data inconsistencies, and reconciling discrepancies before reporting.
  • Communicate findings clearly in near-native English during live conversations; think on your feet when asking probing questions and documenting insights.
  • When needed, build simple dashboards (e.g., Power BI) and contribute to advanced financial modelingcomplex Excel formulas or macros, and asset-level valuation modeling as your skills grow.


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years experience in market researchmarket insightsdata analysis, or related analytical work.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, sorting and filtering large datasetslookups, and data manipulation; the role requires heavy Excel usage.
  • Experience in market researchcompetitor analysis, or primary research; real estate experience is a plus.
  • Ability to understand supply vs. demand metrics.
  • Familiarity with Power BIdashboardsadvanced financial modelingcomplex Excel formulasmacros, or valuation modeling (advantage but not required).
  • Ability to identify data inconsistencies, maintain 99–100% data accuracy, and validate data before reporting.
  • Strong soft skills including excellent verbal and written communication, comfort calling competitors, confidence asking probing questions, ability to think on their feet, strong attention to detail, and professionalism.
