We are looking for an Assistant Account Manager II to support senior account managers by handling day-to-day client services and managing insurance-related tasks. The role involves processing certificates of insurance, verifying endorsements, and ensuring timely certificate renewals. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams, including Associate Account Managers, Account Managers, and Senior Account Managers, to provide seamless support for clients.

What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner client by performing these tasks:

  • Regularly utilize templates and forms (in Word and Excel) to draft proposals, summaries, specs, etc. for clients and staff as needed.
  • Process certificates of insurance for new and existing clients on daily basis in timely manner and as requested 
  • Verify that endorsements match certificate request requirements. 
  • Coordinate the certificate renewal needs with Associate Account Manager IIs, Account Managers I and II and Senior Account Managers.
  • Complete renewal certificates verifying required information (certificate holder lists, endorsements, policy information, etc.); Prepares policies for delivery to clients.
  • Actively participate as a member of a CET Quad, led by a highly experienced AAM and SOM.
  • Review policies and endorsements for completeness and accuracy.
  • Communicate with company personnel regarding potential or identified issues.
  • Responsible for scanning communications and documents.
  • Input/maintain data on account management system and ancillary systems as required.
  • Maintain certificate files in system of record.

Who are we looking for?

  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Preferably with experience in the insurance industry.
  • Proficiency in Adobe and MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with Epic Training and navigating Carrier Websites.
  • High school graduate or college graduate.
  • Above-average English communication skills.
