What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Azure Infrastructure Management: Deploy, configure, and manage Azure resources in line with industry best practices.

• Performance Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Continuously monitor system performance and resolve escalated issues from the service desk.

• Technical Support & Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams, clients, and stakeholders to provide expert technical guidance on cloud infrastructure, networking, security, and automation.

• Customer-Centric Solutions: Understand business requirements and develop appropriate cloud solutions to optimize performance and security.

• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain operational documentation, including network diagrams, policies, and best practices, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

• Innovation & Continuous Learning: Stay updated on emerging Azure technologies, evaluating their potential impact on customer environments and implementing best practices.

Who are we looking for?

• At least 3 years of experience as an Azure Administrator.

• Proven experience managing and supporting Microsoft Azure environments.

• Hands-on experience with cloud automation, infrastructure as code (IaC), and scripting (PowerShell, ARM Templates, Terraform, or similar).

• Strong understanding of networking, security, identity and access management (IAM), and Azure Active Directory (AAD).

• Familiarity with cloud monitoring tools and troubleshooting methodologies.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.

• Strong communication skills in English.

• Azure certifications such as Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) or higher.

• Experience with hybrid cloud environments and integration with on-premises infrastructure.

• Knowledge of compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST) related to cloud environments.
