Benefits Administrator

We are looking for a Benefits Administrator who manages end‑to‑end employee benefits operations with accuracy, confidentiality, and employee focus. This role centers on benefits administration, vendor coordination, payroll system support, and compliance reporting. You will guide employees through benefits programs, support open enrollment, reconcile invoices, and ensure accurate benefits data while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.


What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Administer employee benefit programs including health, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement, and related plans
  • Manage benefits enrollments, changes, terminations, and eligibility updates
  • Provide clear and empathetic guidance to employees regarding benefits options and coverage
  • Coordinate with insurance carriers, brokers, and benefits vendors to resolve inquiries and issues
  • Resolve benefits eligibility, claims, and payroll deduction discrepancies
  • Support annual open enrollment planning and execution activities
  • Ensure accurate benefits deductions within payroll and human resources systems
  • Reconcile benefits invoices and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Assist with compliance related to ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, and applicable state regulations
  • Prepare and maintain benefits‑related reports, audits, and documentation


Who are we looking for?

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
  • 2–4 years of experience in benefits administration or human resources support
  • Hands‑on experience using human resources or payroll systems, with Paycor strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to ensure payroll accuracy, benefits reconciliations, and data integrity
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to explain benefits information clearly and empathetically to employees
  • Proven capability to handle confidential employee data with discretion and professionalism
