We are looking for a Billing Coordinator who is highly motivated, independent, and organized, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service and support to our internal team and clients by responding to billing inquiries via email and completing various billing-related tasks. We are looking for someone with at least one year of experience in data entry or billing support and a background in serving international customers, preferably with knowledge of U.S. health insurance.

What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Identify and report issues and opportunities for improvement related to processes and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to Billing processes, including reports, metrics, and improvement plans.
  • Review and prepare invoices ensuring accuracy and completeness of billing data.
  • Monitor outstanding invoices to ensure timely payment from clients.
  • Work with internal and external clients via email to address billing inquiries, requests, and resolve issues satisfactorily.
  • Participate in meetings as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry standards and regulations related to US healthcare and customer service.
  • Supporting and sustaining a positive work environment that fosters team performance through own work and behavior.
  • Performing special tasks and assignments as needed.

Who are we looking for?

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in billing, with work experience specializing in U.S. health insurance or customer service being a plus.
  • Experience in accounts receivable or accounts payable is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be available to start as soon as possible.
