What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Lead firm‑wide BIM implementation and management across all design and construction phases
• Ensure BIM standards, protocols, workflows, and best practices are consistently applied throughout project lifecycles
• Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards, including Revit templates, title blocks, shared parameters, content libraries, and family files
• Conduct regular BIM model audits to ensure quality, performance, and compliance with established standards
• Oversee model‑based clash detection and resolution in coordination with design and construction teams
• Establish and enforce file naming conventions, model structure standards, and Revit management protocols
• Provide onboarding and ongoing BIM training to in‑house staff and project‑assigned personnel
• Deliver technical BIM support and analyze usage trends to identify training or process improvement needs
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and external consultants to align BIM deliverables with project requirements
• Maintain clear digital hand‑off processes between project stages for seamless coordination
• Produce and maintain BIM Execution Plans, keeping documentation current as projects evolve
• Report on BIM implementation status, model health, and audit findings to senior leadership
• Research, evaluate, and implement new BIM tools, Revit plugins, and workflows, managing firm‑wide rollout and training

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related field
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in architectural or construction‑related BIM roles
• At least 7 years of experience producing and managing BIM deliverables for large‑scale multifamily residential projects
• Minimum 7 years of hands‑on Revit experience, including firm‑level standards development and model management
• Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining BIM standards, templates, libraries, and workflows
• Expert‑level proficiency in Revit, serving as a technical authority on BIM processes and model standards
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD for consultant coordination and standards alignment
• Experience with clash detection tools, BIM coordination workflows, and model‑based quality assurance
• Deep understanding of building products, construction details, and construction documentation
• Ability to communicate technical BIM concepts, redlines, and requirements to teams with varying experience levels
• Proven experience leading, training, and supporting BIM or technical teams
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Collaborative, solutions‑oriented, and effective when working across disciplines and remote teams
• Architectural or engineering licensure is a plus, but not required
