What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Prepare Purchase Orders & Invoices in Quickbooks Online
Pay Suppliers, Credit Card Bills and other Accounts Payable in Quickbooks Online
Ensure supplier invoices align with quoted prices
Book logistics and shipping services to transport purchases
Maintain accurate inventory and COGS records in Quickbooks Online
Process payments for individual customer orders
Respond to customer inquiries and requests via email and phone
Maintain accurate and detailed records in Quickbooks Online and cloud CRM software
Record expenses in appropriate income statement categories
Perform monthly bank reconciliations and prepare financial statements

Who are we looking for?

Excellent knowledge of general accounting principles
Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, virtual assistant or in another relevant administrative role
Knowledge of bookkeeping software
At least 2 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably within a business-services environment
Able to prepare, review and understand a financial statement
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy of work
Experience with accounting software such as Xero, Quickbooks, or MYOB
Proficiency in MS Office
Within the proximity of Metro Manila (Cavite, Batangas, Bulacan, Rizal, etc.)
