We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to manage and maintain client financial records with accuracy and compliance. In this role, you will handle accounts payable and receivable, reconcile financial statements, assist with payroll processing, and prepare key financial reports. You will also collaborate with CPA staff to support audits and tax filings while ensuring exceptional client service.

What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Maintain and manage client financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Prepare and process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts monthly.
Assist with payroll processing, including calculating hours, deductions, and benefits.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Collaborate with CPA staff to prepare for audits and tax filings.
Respond to client inquiries regarding billing and financial information.

Who are we looking for?

2 to 3 years of Bookkeeping experience
Proficient in QuickBooks Online
Strong skills in MS Excel
Experience handling multiple clients
Experience with AP and AR transactions
Experience with Netsuite or Accounting CS software
Familiarity with RAMP, Bill.com, Zoho
