​We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive lead generation and qualification. This role involves utilizing tools such as Winmo, LinkedIn, Lusha, and SalesLoft to identify and engage potential clients. The BDR will focus on identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting outreach, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and setting appointments for the Account Executives.

What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential leads through thorough research, proactive outreach, and networking activities.

  • Initial Contact: Conduct initial outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other platforms to introduce Refuel Agency’s offerings.

  • Lead Qualification: Assess lead needs and potential, qualifying them as opportunities for further engagement by the Account Executive.

  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings, demos, and calls between qualified leads and the Account Executive.

  • Lead Nurturing: Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to keep them engaged and progressing through the sales funnel.

  • CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities in Salesforce, ensuring data integrity.

  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and qualification.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Director of Business Development and MRA to ensure alignment and a steady flow of qualified leads.


Who are we looking for?

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, lead generation, prospecting, and appointment setting

  • Experience with CRM systems

  • Worked with US-based companies/clients

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Familiarity with any CRM, with preference for experience in MS Dynamics or Salesforce
