we are looking for a Business Process Improvement Manager to lead company‑wide process mapping, operational optimization, KPI development, cross‑functional alignment, and continuous improvement across Operations, Quality, Sales, Supply Chain, and administrative teams. You will drive root‑cause analysis, data-driven decision-making, ERP/system alignment, and leadership development to enhance efficiency, compliance, and organizational performance.


What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Map, evaluate, and optimize processes across Operations, Quality, Sales, and administrative departments to improve coordination, efficiency, and cost effectiveness
  • Establish a company-wide process framework that ensures consistency, accountability, and clear ownership
  • Align process improvement initiatives with company goals and performance metrics
  • Develop and implement KPI tracking systems with operational departments to identify insights and improvement opportunities
  • Partner with Production, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Maintenance to identify bottlenecks, implement controls, and standardize operating procedures
  • Support continuous improvement projects and help develop leaders and operators through structured facilitation
  • Assess current SOPs with Quality and develop a roadmap for updated work instructions and compliance adoption
  • Promote cross-functional problem solving between Quality and Operations to strengthen a culture of quality
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service to define KPIs, resolve data gaps, and improve CRM, forecasting, and order management efficiency
  • Enable integration of sales forecasting with production planning to improve customer experience and fulfillment
  • Lead company-wide process mapping and value stream documentation
  • Work with teams to collect and analyze performance data, design KPI dashboards, and develop executive-level reporting
  • Support ERP and software enhancement projects to ensure alignment between real-world processes and system capabilities
  • Champion continuous improvement and collaboration across all levels of the company
  • Facilitate workshops, problem-solving sessions, and cross-departmental meetings
  • Train employees on new processes and support adoption through clear communication and follow-through


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; Master’s degree is an advantage
  • 5+ years of experience in business process improvement, operations, continuous improvement, or project management
  • Experience in dietary supplements, nutraceuticals, food, pharmaceuticals, or other regulated manufacturing environments
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects across Operations, Quality, Sales, Supply Chain, and Customer Service
  • Strong experience in end-to-end process mapping, optimization, standardization, KPI design, and visibility frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as NetSuite, Salesforce, HubSpot, Monday.com, PowerBI, Magento, Shopify
  • Skilled in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, value stream analysis), root cause analysis, and corrective action planning
  • Experience with data collection, performance reporting, KPI dashboards, and executive-level presentations
  • Experience participating in ERP or software enhancement initiatives to align systems with processes
  • Lean Six Sigma certification preferred (Green Belt or higher)
  • Knowledge of cGMP and FDA compliance standards is strongly preferred
  • Strong English communication skills, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
