We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Caregiver Experience Coordinator to manage the end-to-end caregiver onboarding process. In this role, you will ensure that only the most qualified and skilled caregivers join our network by overseeing their progression through various onboarding stages. You will play a vital role in maintaining accurate records, verifying references, ensuring quality standards, and supporting active caregivers with clear and professional communication. This position requires excellent organizational skills, critical thinking, and a commitment to upholding high standards in caregiving.

What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Manage the Onboarding Workflow: Oversee caregivers' progression through the onboarding stages, from application review to inclusion in the caregiver referral list.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain organized and accurate tracking of candidates' progress using a structured system.
  • Reference Verification: Contact references to assess candidates' caregiving skills and professionalism.
  • Communication Excellence: Interact with caregivers and references clearly and professionally through phone and email.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and address any concerns or red flags that arise during the process.
  • Support for Active Caregivers: Assist with communications and job assignments for caregivers already on the platform.

Who are we looking for?

  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service, operations, or a similar role that involves managing workflows and communication.
  • Familiarity with tools such as AirTable, Google Works.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple candidates and maintain detailed and accurate records.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for interacting with caregivers and references professionally.
  • The ability to analyze feedback and extract key insights effectively.
