We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Amazon Case Resolution Specialist to support Amazon sellers by managing listing health, resolving platform issues, and ensuring compliance with Amazon’s policies. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for resolving Amazon support tickets, maintaining accurate and optimized listings, and advocating for brand success within the Amazon marketplace.

What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Listing Health & Accuracy: Oversee and manage the accuracy and health of Amazon seller listings, ensuring full compliance with Amazon's guidelines and policies.

  • Proactive Issue Resolution: Identify and address listing issues, collaborating with internal teams and interfacing directly with Amazon to resolve problems in a timely manner.

  • Client Communication: Communicate effectively with brands to notify them of any listing issues, provide updates, and make necessary requests to Amazon on their behalf.

  • Advocacy: Represent the brand’s interests on the Amazon platform, ensuring a positive and compliant presence while acting as a proactive advocate for the client.

Who are we looking for?

  • At least 2 years of experience in Amazon Seller Support or Amazon Vendor Central roles within a brand or agency setting.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Proficient in research, problem-solving, and resolving Amazon support tickets.

  • High attention to detail with a focus on listing optimization and compliance.

  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central, and Asana preferred.
