What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Advanced Technical Support: Provide expert-level support for Citrix technologies, including Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Gateway, and Citrix ADC (NetScaler). Troubleshoot and resolve high-level issues to ensure optimal performance.
  • Solution Implementation: Design, configure, and implement Citrix solutions to meet client needs while optimizing for both performance and security.
  • System Optimization: Continuously monitor Citrix environments, proactively identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance system performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Citrix technologies with other vendor solutions, creating cohesive IT ecosystems for our clients.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Citrix deployments, configurations, troubleshooting processes, and best practices.
  • Training & Knowledge Sharing: Conduct internal training sessions to share knowledge on Citrix best practices, new features, and updates. Help ensure the team is up to date with the latest Citrix advancements.
  • System Health Monitoring: Regularly monitor system health and address potential issues before they impact service delivery, ensuring high availability and reliability.
  • Stay Current with Citrix: Keep up-to-date with Citrix updates, patches, and new features to ensure that our solutions remain cutting-edge and leverage the latest capabilities.

Who are we looking for?

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience with Citrix technologies, including Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Gateway, and Citrix ADC (NetScaler)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Expert knowledge in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (XenApp, XenDesktop), Citrix ADC, and Citrix Workspace
  • Strong experience with Windows Server environments and related technologies
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, particularly in virtualization, networking, and Citrix environment optimization
  • Familiarity with scripting (e.g., PowerShell) to automate Citrix management tasks is a plus
  • Citrix Certified Expert – Virtualization (CCE-V) required; Citrix Certified Professional (CCP-V) or Citrix Certified Associate (CCA-V) certifications are beneficial.
