You will be responsible for addressing various client needs, updating benefits requirements, and assisting in the creation of detailed marketing reports. What is your mission?

​You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Client Benefits Management: Handle and update client-specific benefits requirements and needs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Marketing Reports: Assist in creating and analyzing marketing reports for clients to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, delivering a high level of customer service.
  • Collaboration: Work directly with the CEO and senior USA leadership, providing critical support in client service delivery.
  • Technical Proficiency: Utilize MSFT products, including Excel, to manage data and generate reports.


Who are we looking for?

  • At least 5 to 7 years of experience in client services, preferably within the USA insurance and healthcare industries.
  • Familiarity with ZOHO CRM.
  • Experience using ZoomInfo.
  • Strong understanding of benefits programs, compliance, and relevant regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work independently.
