We are seeking for a detail-oriented and proactive Client Service Associate who will be supporting our operations and client onboarding processes. Your role will involve participating in all client service efforts and handling the ongoing management of client accounts. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with our sales, operations, technical, and custodian teams to ensure smooth client experiences from initial onboarding through ongoing service.

What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Address client inquiries promptly and accurately, providing outstanding service.
  • Help manage the account onboarding process while addressing any issues or questions.
  • Collaborate with all Client's departments to provide ongoing support.
  • Understand and be able to discuss the transaction processing involved with all money movements.
  • Review and process documents that have been submitted.
  • Learn and utilize all Client's software to enhance productivity and complete assigned tasks.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvement and suggest and process enhancements.
  • Develop a deep understanding of various client account types (e.g., retail, institutional) and ensure that all clients receive personalized and comprehensive service tailored to their specific needs.


Who are we looking for?

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in client services handling client onboarding, issues, concerns and questions, financials and other inquiries.
  • With background in basic Banking, Accounting and Finance.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (any discipline).
  • Experience in providing client/customer service support.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office Applications.
  • Proactive problem-solver with the ability to suggest process improvements.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys working with others. 
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellence in client service.
