What is your mission?

As the Client Services Director, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating and strengthening our client partnerships, ensuring seamless service delivery, driving sales initiatives, and building lasting accounts. You will lead a team of client services professionals, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive initiatives that enhance our clients' overall experience while aligning with the company's strategic goals.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Client Relationship Management

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
  • Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and opportunities, and propose tailored solutions that align with their needs.
  • Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand the scope of services provided.

Sales and Account Building

  • Drive sales efforts by identifying new business opportunities, presenting solutions, and negotiating contracts.
  • Develop and execute account management strategies to foster long-term partnerships and maximize client retention.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align sales strategies with client needs and ensure a seamless transition from sales to service.

Team Leadership and Development

  • Lead and inspire a team of client services managers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development to team members, ensuring their growth and success.

Service Delivery Excellence

  • Ensure that client expectations are consistently met or exceeded by monitoring service performance and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Collaborate closely with operations teams to ensure seamless execution of services, quality assurance, and adherence to SLAs.

Strategic Planning

  • Develop and execute strategic client engagement plans, identifying opportunities to enhance value, optimize processes, and drive operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align client services strategies with the overall company goals.

Client Communication and Reporting

  • Act as the primary point of contact for escalated client inquiries, concerns, or feedback, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Provide regular status updates, performance reports, and insights to clients to demonstrate the value delivered by our services.

Market Insights and Innovation

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competition, and market dynamics, and proactively recommend strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Identify and propose innovative solutions and offerings that add value to clients' operations and address evolving needs.



Who are we looking for? 

  • Proven experience (8 years) in a senior client services role within an offshoring, outsourcing, or similar industry.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex client relationships, driving client satisfaction, achieving revenue growth, and building accounts.
  • Strong understanding of offshoring operations, processes, and best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities for business expansion.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving performance metrics, sales targets, and client-centric outcomes.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and project management tools.
