Client Relationship Management: 

  • Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with C-level executives, VPs, SVPs, owners, founders, etc., serving as the main point of contact for clients. 
  • Understand clients' business objectives and goals to provide customized solutions. 

Account Growth: 

  • Lead efforts to grow existing accounts in the professional services industry. 
  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize account potential and revenue. 

Strategic Account Planning: 

  • Create and implement strategic account plans that align with client objectives. 
  • Monitor and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful execution. 

Customer Satisfaction Improvement: 

  • Utilize organizational skills, follow-through, negotiation skills, project management, prioritization, and a high sense of urgency to reduce customer effort and enhance satisfaction. 
  • Proactively address client concerns and challenges to ensure a positive experience. 

Presentation and Communication: 

  • Prepare and deliver 15-25 business reviews to clients, demonstrating excellent presentation skills. 
  • Use these meetings to build strong relationships, identify client needs, and create value. 
  • Communicate effectively verbally and in writing, ensuring clear and concise communication. 

Negotiation Skills: 

  • Lead and participate in difficult conversations with senior leaders and owners. 
  • Drive positive outcomes in negotiations to reconcile differences and overcome challenging situations. 

Who are we looking for? 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience working with C-level executives in a B2B setting. 
  • Demonstrated success in account growth within the professional services industry. 
  • Expertise in creating and executing strategic account plans. 
  • Strong organizational skills, negotiation skills, and project management abilities. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Ability to lead and participate in challenging conversations with clients. 
  • High sense of urgency and commitment to driving customer satisfaction.
