Clinical Data and Compliance Auditor

We are looking for a Clinical Data and Compliance Auditor who ensures accuracy, compliance, and quality within electronic health records. This role focuses on EHR data migration, clinical auditing, compliance tracking, medication oversight, reporting, and healthcare data analysis. You will validate clinical documentation, monitor key patient care metrics, and support audit readiness across healthcare systems.


What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Manage EHR data migration and entry, ensuring accurate transfer of historical patient health records
  • Track and audit clinical documentation compliance, including assessments, hospitalizations, and progress notes
  • Perform medication audits, focusing on antibiotics, psychotropic medications, refusals, delays, and errors
  • Monitor and analyze falls and skin breakdown data, including wound staging and healing progression
  • Conduct assessment audits to ensure data completeness, accuracy, and timely resolution of issues
  • Build and maintain monthly dashboards and trend reports for community‑level performance
  • Support onboarding compliance reviews, survey readiness, and audit preparation activities
  • Maintain high standards of clinical data accuracy, reporting integrity, and documentation quality


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 2–3 years of professional experience in clinical auditing, healthcare compliance, EHR management, or structured clinical environments
  • Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license, preferably California or Washington‑based
  • Strong clinical background with sound understanding of clinical documentation and compliance standards
  • Hands‑on experience working with electronic health record systems and healthcare data workflows
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking, reporting, and analysis
  • Experience supporting EHR transitions or data migration projects, considered an advantage
  • Experience with Yardi EHR systems, considered a strong advantage
  • Familiarity with medication audits, falls tracking, skin and wound care monitoring, and compliance reviews, considered an advantage
  • Exposure to Smartsheet or similar tracking tools, considered an advantage
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills in audit‑driven environments
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams
  • Ability to adapt to structured workflows and meet compliance deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
