Commercial Program Manager

Join our team!

we are looking for a Commercial Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that align manufacturing, quality, R&D, sales, marketing, and digital operations. You will manage product launches, reformulations, packaging updates, commercialization timelines, labeling programs, digital updates, and manufacturing-dependent readiness while ensuring stakeholder alignment, risk mitigation, disciplined governance, and high-quality execution in a regulated environment.

What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Lead manufacturing-aligned commercial programs including new product launches, reformulations, packaging updates, and line extensions
  • Ensure Sales and Marketing initiatives align with manufacturing capacity, production schedules, inventory levels, and quality requirements
  • Coordinate timelines across Manufacturing, Quality, R&D, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Digital, and external partners
  • Serve as the primary owner for commercial initiatives connected to manufacturing readiness
  • Partner with Sales to ensure launch materials, training tools, and commercial content reflect manufacturing processes and product specifications
  • Gather cross-functional inputs for quotes, forecasts, customer commitments, and launch timing
  • Support customer-specific programs requiring tight coordination between Sales, Operations, and Manufacturing
  • Oversee marketing and labeling tasks tied to manufacturing—including labels, packaging, sell sheets, education content, and product detail pages
  • Ensure all marketing and digital materials align with approved formulations and GMP documentation
  • Manage creative and external resources to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and compliance
  • Coordinate with R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing to ensure commercial readiness throughout the product development lifecycle
  • Track formulation progress, testing milestones, scale-up, and handoffs to Manufacturing
  • Manage web and digital platform updates related to product launches, compliance updates, spec changes, and inventory-linked messaging
  • Coordinate with developers and marketing partners to ensure digital assets reflect current manufacturing status
  • Develop project plans, timelines, risk assessments, communication frameworks, and documentation
  • Identify risks related to manufacturing timelines, supply constraints, quality approvals, or formulation changes; create mitigation plans
  • Facilitate project meetings and stage-gate reviews to ensure alignment and accountability
  • Maintain complete documentation and close-out summaries for continuous improvement
  • Drive clarity of ownership across cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative, solutions-oriented culture

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or related fields
  • 10+ years of experience managing cross-functional programs or projects
  • Background in program/project management, commercial operations, product commercialization, or similar roles
  • Experience in dietary supplements, nutraceuticals, or FDA‑regulated manufacturing environments
  • Direct experience leading manufacturing-dependent initiatives such as launches, reformulations, packaging updates, and line extensions
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional groups (Manufacturing, Quality, R&D, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Digital, external vendors)
  • Strong capabilities in program management, commercial readiness, timeline management, and risk tracking
  • Deep understanding of supplement manufacturing workflows, product development, commercialization, and regulatory expectations
  • Hands-on experience with PowerBI, Salesforce, HubSpot, Magento, Shopify, and related planning and documentation tools
  • Familiarity with systems such as Monday.com, NetSuite, and other project management platforms
  • Experience managing stage-gate processes, milestone tracking, risk mitigation, and documentation
  • Exposure to digital/web platforms supporting regulated products, including compliance-driven updates
  • PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent certifications preferred
