We are looking for an experienced and driven Customer Service Team Leader to manage a team of customer service representatives in delivering outstanding support and achieving performance goals. You’ll provide hands-on guidance, coach team members, and play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and operational success. What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Supervise and support a team of Customer Service Representatives
  • Monitor individual and team KPIs, providing real-time coaching and feedback
  • Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them promptly
  • Ensure service standards and response times are consistently met
  • Lead regular huddles, updates, and performance reviews
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service workflows
  • Maintain accurate performance reports and recommend improvements
  • Provide training, mentoring, and performance development
  • Build a positive, engaged, and productive team environment


Who are we looking for?

  • 1–2+ years of experience in a leadership/supervisory role in customer service
  • Strong background in customer support (voice, chat, or email)
  • Proven ability to coach, mentor, and motivate a team
  • Skilled in de-escalation and conflict resolution
  • Effective multitasking in high-volume environments
  • Proficient in MS Office and customer service platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce)
  • High school graduate required; college degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
