You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Data Pipeline Design and Optimization

• Design, build, and optimize end-to-end data pipelines — from ingestion to transformation and visualization — for marketing and business intelligence data.

Third-Party Tool Integration

• Integrate 3rd party tools and platforms (e.g., CRMs, MarTech platforms, custom apps) using APIs, webhooks, and other advanced integration methods.

ETL/ELT Development and Maintenance

• Develop, improve, and maintain ETL/ELT workflows to ensure reliable, clean, and scalable data processing.

Data Analysis and Insight Generation

• Conduct in-depth data analysis and trend analysis to uncover actionable insights and support data-driven marketing strategies.

Collaboration and Alignment with Business Goals

• Collaborate with marketing, data, and BI teams to align technical solutions with business goals — fostering a helpful, respectful, and results-driven environment.

Data Storage and Retrieval Optimization

• Optimize data storage and retrieval performance using data warehouses like BigQuery, Snowflake, or Azure Synapse.

Reporting and Dashboard Creation

• Create and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI or other data visualization tools.

Continuous Improvement and Innovation

• Continuously innovate — bring new ideas to improve workflows, reporting, and data capabilities.

Independent Work and Project Management

• Work independently with little to no supervision while ensuring efficiency, transparency, and honesty in delivering projects.

Who are we looking for?

• At least 3 years of experience as a Data Engineer, MarTech Developer, or in a similar role.

• Minimum of 3 years experience with Webhooks and APIs.

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in ETL and ELT processes.

• Experience in Data Integration.

• Experience collaborating with different teams.

• Proven track record in designing, building, and optimizing data pipelines from scratch.

• Proficient in Python for data manipulation, automation, and analysis.

• Experience in Python and SQL.

• Experience in creating REST APIs.

• Advanced knowledge of 3rd party app/tool integrations using APIs, webhooks, and other modern integration methods.

• Expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and data architecture.

• Experience with data warehouses like BigQuery.

• Experience with Data Lake and Google BigQuery.

• Experience with Snowflake.

• Experience with R (programming language).

• Experience with Power BI and Tableau.
