Demand & Supply Planning Analyst I

We are looking for a highly motivated Demand & Supply Planning Analyst I to join our team. This role requires strong analytical and critical thinking skills to manage all aspects of forecasting, including reporting and providing recommendations. The analyst will collaborate closely with Supply Planners in the Supply Planning function. Previous experience in a BPO environment, especially on the night shift, is a significant advantage.

What is your mission?
 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Demand Planning 

  • Develop and maintain demand forecast rolling 12 months at Item-Customer level.
  • Meet client's established forecast accuracy metrics.
  • Interact with Sales and Marketing to understand demand forecast drivers.
  • Review and analyze sales history and current orders to identify root causes behind current demand, and to provide strategic recommendation to the business. 

Supply Planning

  • Closely coordinate and communicate with supply planning.
  • Tracking inventory and release management across multiple locations.
  • Manage factory purchase orders for inventory replenishments.
  • Support any S&OP Reports and analytics as requested. 

Additional Responsibilities

  • Performs special tasks and assignments as needed.

Who are we looking for?

  • College graduate with a degree relevant to supply chain management or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in supply chain business roles.
  • Experience in a demand and supply planning role, preferably in a BPO environment focusing on eCommerce and B2B platforms (Amazon, Shopify, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Certification or training in Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Oracle systems (Demantra, Oracle EBS).
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work accurately with close attention to detail.
  • Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks; good time-management, organizational, problem prevention and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach to work.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and deadlines.
  • Ability to study and apply new information.
  • Possess a work ethic that includes neatness and punctuality.
