You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Project Leadership

  • Lead the design-build process, ensuring seamless integration of design, preconstruction, and construction activities.

  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve client goals and project milestones.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering trust and ensuring satisfaction.

• Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants during the design phase to develop efficient, cost-effective solutions.

  • Partner with preconstruction teams to perform feasibility studies, value engineering, and budget analysis.

  • Coordinate with field operations teams to transition projects from design to construction.

• Design Management

  • Oversee design activities to ensure compliance with project requirements, budgets, and timelines.

  • Review and approve design documents, ensuring constructability and adherence to company standards.

  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies in the design phase.

• Client Relations and Business Development

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and other key stakeholders.

  • Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals, presentations, and interviews.

  • Work with the sales team to develop project opportunities in the design-build delivery model.

• Continuous Improvement

  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in design-build construction.

  • Identify process improvements and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and project outcomes.

Who are we looking for?

• A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 7 years of solid experience in commercial construction, particularly in managing design-build projects.

• Strong background in coordinating and leading multidisciplinary teams, including consultants, architects, and engineers.

• Proven ability to manage the entire design-build process—from initial concept and design to final construction and project handover.

• In-depth knowledge of preconstruction and construction methodologies, including feasibility analysis, value engineering, and cost estimating.

• Proficient in using industry-standard project management and construction software such as Procore and Bluebeam.

• Skilled in cost estimation and budget management for large-scale commercial projects.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to foster collaboration and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Energetic, driven, and adaptable—able to take initiative, solve problems creatively, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
