This role will be responsible for developing and optimizing sales strategies, managing a high-performing sales team, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep industry knowledge, and a data-driven approach to improving sales performance. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts, customer insights, and operational efficiencies to maximize DTC sales success.

What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed DTC revenue goals.
  • Identify key growth opportunities, new markets, and untapped customer segments.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging, campaigns, and product offerings with consumer demand.
  • Manage and optimize sales funnels to ensure high conversion rates from prospect to customer.
  • Develop weekly marketing calendars by brand, including themes, styles, target audiences, and product focus.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Foster a high-performance, customer-centric sales culture.
  • Implement training programs and continuous learning opportunities to enhance team skills, product knowledge, and performance.
  • Set performance targets and KPIs for individual team members, ensuring consistent achievement of goals.

Customer Insights & Relationship Management

  • Gather and analyze customer feedback and data to understand pain points, buying behavior, and market trends.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers to drive loyalty and repeat sales.
  • Oversee customer segmentation and targeting efforts to ensure marketing and sales initiatives resonate with different buyer personas.
  • Lead relationships with external agencies managing ad spend, advertising platform usage, target audiences, and performance metrics.

Sales Operations & Reporting

  • Lead the development and execution of efficient sales processes to optimize customer acquisition and retention.
  • Provide regular performance reports to senior leadership, analyzing sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline health.
  • Implement data-driven solutions to continuously improve sales productivity and operational efficiency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and maximize sales impact.
  • Partner with the finance team to develop accurate sales projections, pricing strategies, and budget management.
  • Collaborate with internal eCommerce teams to align brand growth strategies across multiple channels.

Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis

  • Stay informed about industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify emerging opportunities or threats in the direct-to-consumer space.


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 7 years in sales, digital marketing, and eCommerce with a strong focus on direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales channels.
  • At least 3 to 5 years a leadership role, managing high-performing teams in a DTC sales environment.
  • A deep understanding of eCommerce, digital marketing, and direct-to-consumer sales models.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, achieving sales targets, and leading successful teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), sales analytics, and performance tracking.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in [industry, e.g., retail, tech, consumer goods] is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools, especially MS Excel.
  • Ability to create and develop the monthly strategic focus of each brand identifying the theme, creative briefs, and product focus of each timeframe.
