What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Lead financial and business process improvement initiatives, including cost reduction and M&A activities.
• Provide financial reports and insights to business leaders.
• Analyze operational and financial performance to drive strategic decision-making.
• Conduct short-term financial forecasting and manage recurring forecast processes.
• Support new client business development with financial analysis and success tracking.
• Oversee capital investment planning and analysis.
• Manage balance sheet and cash flow forecasting.
• Develop and monitor key operational and financial performance metrics.
• Lead and mentor finance team members for professional growth.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
• Assess market performance and competitive positioning.
• Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 10 years of finance experience in a large, complex, multi-location, multi-product international business.
• At least 5 years in a managerial FP&A role with hands-on financial analysis experience.
• Proven ability to provide strategic financial insights to drive business performance.
• Experience in in-depth financial analysis within a small team environment.
• Willing to work night shift/US hours.
• Director-level experience is a plus (Director of Finance or Director of Accounting backgrounds are also considered).
