What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner client by performing these tasks:

Order Management

  • Retrieve and validate all orders received in Amazon Portal, making sure that all details such as Pricing, MOV, MOQ, Case Pack Quantity, and Ship to Address are accurate.
  • Match confirmed orders in Amazon portal versus systems and EDI.
  • Collaborate with Logistics to ensure seamless order fulfillment to Amazon.
  • Tracks returns received from Amazon, creating disputes, and/or monitoring all issue in connection to fulfilment.
  • Submission of invoices in Amazon Portal. 
  • Process Amazon Program Promotions such as Bulk Buy orders and Born to Run orders.

Product Catalog Management

  • Help manage ecommerce product catalog to ensure the quality of data across all sales channels.
  • Work with Amazon in updating Goldlist to avoid chargebacks received due to issues with ASIN.
  • Making sure we have customer-ready product information that is consistently and fully
  • attributed.
  • Prepare and add missing images (if any) and upload new, updated images.
  • Assist in creation of A+ Detail Pages that showcase, sell products, and serves customers with relevant information quickly.
  • Escalating website feedback, proposing changes to site’s layout and content based on website analytics and usability testing.

Product Inventory Health

  • Weekly inventory manual update in collaboration with Amazon Vendor Manager. Ensuring that all active items are available in the portable - otherwise, product will not be available for purchase.
  • Monitor all outbound and inbound inventory allocated for the Amazon accounts.
  • Work closely with Demand and Planning Team in aligning Amazon accounts’ forecast and inventory.

Channel Marketing

  • Work hand in hand with other departments such as Marketing and Products Team to ensure
    flawless product launches and promotions.

Adhoc

  • Create reports, track KPIs across the website and summarize insights on trends to the business. 
  • Review and update eCommerce Training Manuals.
  • Open Order Weekly monitoring and escalation of orders that may have errors.
  • Provide analysis and insights on the performance of the website to support the E-Commerce team in decision-making.
  • Participates in business conference calls (i.e. FC validation, weekly sales meetings,Pre S&OP with Brands etc.)
  • Actively participate in IT Projects (UAT, Kick-Off), Initiate and Drive system and process improvement plans.

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or relevant field
  • 2 to 5 years’ experience in eCommerce with a consumer goods brand, e-commerce company, or e-commerce tool vendor with Order Management Fulfillment experience
  • Proficient in navigating Amazon Vendor Central
  • Proficient in Order Management Software
  • Experience in eCommerce platforms like Shopify and Marketplaces
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple digital projects of varying complexity on schedule and on budget
  • Strong communication skills; ability to create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Marketing Requirement Documents (MRDs)
  • Experience with global eCommerce (different currencies, different languages) strongly desired
  • Proven experience managing an online store or website with refreshed content
  • Adept with digital/eCommerce systems and platforms, fluent in various Web Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Strong work ethic, including neatness and punctuality
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
