We are looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on eCommerce Associate I to support our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) channels in North America and Canada. The role involves collaborating across time zones, quickly learning new ecommerce platforms, and understanding customer online shopping behavior. Ideal candidates will have some ecommerce experience, strong teamwork skills, a process-driven mindset, and a focus on automation. Accountability for meeting deliverables is essential.

What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Order Management

  • Manage daily shipping prioritization of orders in coordination with the logistics team.
  • Keep track of orders that may encounter issues such as failure to transmit and troubleshoot as necessary to ensure uninterrupted fulfillment flow.
  • Keep track of daily order fulfillment to effectively manage possible 3PL or carrier issues and/or delays. 

Consumer Management 

  • Manage day-to-day tasks on the processing of transactional requests from the consumer support team as it relates to the respective ecommerce channels. ▪ 
    • This includes but is not limited to:  
      • Cancellations
      • Refunds
      • Returns
      • Accuracy Reports
      • Damage Reports
      • Socials Escalation

Others

  • Perform particular tasks and assignments as needed


Who are we looking for?

  • At least 2 years experience in ecommerce with a consumer goods brand, e-commerce company, or e-commerce tool vendor under International BPO experience.
  • Experience with Shopify International is required.
  • Proficiency in managing and processing orders through the website.
  • Ecommerce Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) experience, specifically with Shopify.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms, including TikTok Marketplace and Amazon Marketplace.
  • Experience with 3rd-party marketplaces (3P Marketplaces) is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills and the ability to communicate effectively and professionally when giving and taking information in writing, in-person, and over the phone.
  • Adept with using digital/ecommerce systems and platforms. Fluent with various other web content management systems to up-load and manage content on an on-going basis across ecommerce channels.
  • Demonstrated results managing multiple digital projects of various complexity on schedule and on budget.
  • Strong communication skills; able to create business requirement documents and marketing requirements documents.
  • Knowledgeable about consumer preferences, particularly as these relate to ecommerce.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic that includes neatness and punctuality. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
