We are looking for an eCommerce Specialist to manage and optimize sales performance, units/cases sold, pricing, and reporting across client's eCommerce channels and marketplaces. You will drive strategic growth initiatives on owned platforms and collaborate with peer groups to boost overall sales. Expertise in Amazon, Walmart, and eBay is essential, along with regular competitor analysis and product comparisons. You will be responsible for the performance and health of your assigned channels, continuously testing strategies to drive incremental sales. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration across various teams within the organization.

What is your mission?
 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Drive sales strategy and recommendations to optimize performance from marketplace health, sales, promotions, pricing, customer retention and A/B testing on Amazon and ecommerce channels including but not limited to Walmart, eBay, Shopify, and Target.
  • Research and propose sales and marketing initiatives to increase eCommerce sales and profitability.
  • Craft quarterly and monthly plans to grow channel performance that includes, but is not limited to: pricing, promotion, deals, selling programs, Amazon Business, quantity discounts, and one-off or new opportunities to drive sales.
  • Research market, competitors, and comparable products in order to maintain best-in-class product listings and competitive pricing.
  • Utilize available tools to manage competitive multi-channel pricing aiming to maintain buy box wins and encourage customer retention for repeat purchases.
  • Manage KPI dashboards and oversee regular syndication of reports, pre & post deal performance, and buy box reports.
  • Create, execute and coordinate project timelines to launch and grow new opportunities to improve channel performance and offer creative defensive strategies against constraints/challenges .
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to identify constraints, challenges, roadblocks and offer recommendations to address or effectively communicate with team/leadership to ask for help.
  • Demonstrate strong initiative and resourcefulness
  • Other duties and projects as assigned. 

Who are we looking for?

  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience working with a US, EU, or Australian companies.
  • Proven experience with Amazon Account Support and eCommerce Sales.
  • Proficient in navigating Amazon Vendor Central.
  • Experience in eCommerce platforms like Shopify is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Suite specifically with Excel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Resourceful and able to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
