we are looking for an EDI Senior Developer to design and implement new EDI documents and XML mappings integrate with Opentext and ERP connections, and optimize transactions like 850/856/810. You will monitor and troubleshoot integrations, perform root-cause analysis, improve scalability and security, and partner with business, IT, and vendors. Strong middleware experience, scripting/programming, and data formats (XML/JSON) are essential, plus cloud integration exposure in fast-paced team.


What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Design and implement new EDI documents, including XML structures and connections to ERP/Opentext
  • Optimize existing EDI workflows and transaction sets such as 850 (PO), 856 (ASN), 810 (Invoice)
  • Monitor EDI integrations to ensure successful transmit/receive, accuracy, and end-to-end reliability
  • Troubleshoot failures and perform root-cause analysis to resolve technical issues quickly
  • Gather requirements with business and technical stakeholders and translate needs into EDI/integration solutions
  • Coordinate with external vendors for Opentext updates, enhancements, and platform changes
  • Recommend improvements to EDI integration architecture for scalability, performance, and security
  • Stay current on middleware and integration best practices and apply continuous improvement initiatives


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 3–4+ years of experience delivering EDI integration, middleware, or integration engineering work
  • Strong hands-on experience with EDI document standards and transmissions, including common transactions like 850/856/810
  • Experience integrating EDI with Opentext (required) and connecting to ERP platforms
  • Experience with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, IBM WebSphere, Oracle Fusion, or similar integration tools
  • Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language: JavaScript, Java, Python, or C#
  • Working knowledge of XML, JSON, data transformation/mapping, and SQL/NoSQL concepts
  • Knowledge of integration/security protocols such as SSL/TLS, OAuth, and SAML
  • Exposure to cloud integration services (AWS or Azure) is an advantage
  • Middleware certifications (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Developer, IBM Certified System Administrator) are preferred
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ownership mindset for reliable production support
