We are seeking a technical and detail-oriented EDI System Analyst I with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting, monitoring, and troubleshooting EDI documents and processes to ensure smooth operations for our clients in the U.S. and Canada.

What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Monitor all EDI file processing and troubleshoot and test processes to resolve all transaction file issues.
  • Prepare and maintain test data and perform various tests on all EDI maps.
  • Prepare all required documents and evaluate reports.
  • Monitor and document all EDI requests and track all applications.
  • Participate in meetings as needed.
  • Document all EDI solutions for the system development life cycle maintain all document specifications and develop various transaction specifications as per requirement.
  • Monitor all EDI file processing and troubleshoot and test processes to resolve all transaction file issues.
  • Analyze all routine processes of EDI, administer all system performance and data mapping processes, and prepare routine reports for management
  • Operating standard office equipment and using required software applications to produce correspondence, electronic communication, and maintain spreadsheets and databases
  • Identifying and resolving internal discrepancies
  • Supporting and sustaining a positive work environment that fosters team performance through own work and behavior
  • Performing other duties as assigned


Who are we looking for?

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in EDI (Troubleshooting)
  • Strong computer skills with expertise in EDI and GENTRAN.
  • Proficient in SQL.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end EDI analysis and quality assurance.
  • Experience with Boomi or other software development tools (e.g., Visual Studio, Visual Basic).
  • Integration experience, including handling chargebacks.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of effectively working with individuals and groups.
  • Demonstrates initiative and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently (time management).
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis.
  • Ability to work accurately with great attention to detail.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and deadlines.
  • Strong work ethic, including neatness and punctuality.
