What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Deliver engaging and interactive virtual performances for groups of participants, including singing, playing an instrument, and hosting.

• Plan and prepare thematic entertainment sets and presentation material appropriate for elderly audiences, incorporating classic songs, light humor, nostalgic themes, and storytelling.

• Build rapport and create a warm, welcoming environment through genuine connection and audience engagement.

• Facilitate engaging virtual presentations on a variety of topics that promote connection, mental stimulation and memory recall.

• Customize performances and programs to suit various preferences, abilities, and special occasions (birthdays, holidays, etc.).

• Coordinate with activity directors or caregivers to schedule sessions and gather feedback.

• Maintain a professional yet friendly demeanor during all interactions. 

Who are we looking for?

• At least 1 to 2 years of experience as an Engagement Specialist.

• Strong performance skills in singing and at least one musical instrument.

• Excellent hosting and communication abilities, with the comfort and energy to lead virtual sessions.

• Experience working with elderly individuals or a passion for senior care and wellbeing.

• Tech-savvy enough to operate virtual platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.), basic sound equipment, and digital software (Microsoft Word, Canva, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).

• A video clip showcasing the candidate singing, hosting a script, and playing a musical instrument.

• Previous entertainment, theatre, or senior care experience is a plus.
