What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Analyze financial performance indicators (NOI, Cap Rate, DSCR, LTV) and produce insights to support strategic real estate investments.
• Regularly update and modify financial models for various properties, incorporating sensitivity analyses to reflect market conditions and risk factors.
• Organize and interpret financial data related to fixed assets, maintaining accuracy and alignment with accounting standards.
• Prepare and present reports on key financial metrics, providing clear and actionable recommendations for business improvement.
• Collaborate with teams across finance and real estate functions to enhance model accuracy and improve analytical methods.
• Conduct periodic asset performance evaluations to support long-term financial planning.

Who are we looking for?

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of finance and real estate metrics, including key concepts such as Capital Stack, Net Operating Income (NOI), Capitalization Rate (Cap Rate), Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR), and Loan-to-Value (LTV).
• Proficiency in Excel, with demonstrated experience in financial modeling, data analysis, and conducting sensitivity analyses.
• Excellent organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely.
