What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Support financial forecasting across revenue, labor, expenses, and margin performance
• Develop and maintain artificial intelligence-driven forecasting models for short-term and long-term planning
• Apply machine learning techniques, predictive analytics, and anomaly detection to improve forecast accuracy
• Build and maintain rolling forecasts, scenario planning (what-if analysis), and stress testing models
• Partner with business leaders to align financial projections with operational drivers and assumptions
• Track forecast performance and refine models, assumptions, and financial inputs
• Prepare and present forecast insights, risks, opportunities, and business recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
• Contribute to the development and standardization of financial planning and forecasting methodologies
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power Business Intelligence tools
• Support integration of forecast outputs into executive reporting and decision-making frameworks
• Leverage Generative Artificial Intelligence tools for enhanced forecasting and insight generation
• Drive continuous improvement in financial analytics, forecasting accuracy, and reporting efficiency

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Science, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, financial forecasting, or analytics roles
• Experience working in retail, sales-driven, labor-intensive, or multi-location business environments
• Hands-on experience with artificial intelligence-driven forecasting, predictive modeling, and advanced analytics techniques
• Strong knowledge of time-series forecasting, anomaly detection, and financial modeling methodologies
• Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming tools for financial analysis and forecasting
• Advanced skills in Power Business Intelligence tools for dashboarding and reporting
• Solid understanding of financial statements, key business drivers, and performance metrics
• Experience building forecast models, scenario analysis, and rolling financial projections
• Exposure to Generative Artificial Intelligence tools for forecasting, automation, or insights generation
• Experience integrating financial forecasts into executive reporting and dashboards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
