We are looking for a Foundry Engineer to oversee and optimize various aspects of customer orders, from mold design to production monitoring. This role is responsible for developing manufacturing instructions, maintaining process records, designing 3D-printed molds, and troubleshooting casting-related issues. The ideal candidate will have experience in solid modeling, ERP data management, and casting simulations to ensure efficient and high-quality production.

What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Learn and remain current on all production aspects
Develop and maintain manufacturing instructions and process sheets
Maintain process records
Create solid models
Develop casting tooling
Design 3D-printed molds
Run casting simulations
Develop and maintain training modules for operators
Troubleshoot casting and/or process-related problems as needed
Assist in costing reviews as needed
Perform other duties as assigned

Who are we looking for?

Minimum 1 year of experience with SolidWorks and GeoMagic
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills
Experience in the manufacturing industry
Familiarity with ERP systems
