What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Process daily financial transactions in Xledger and ensure accurate and timely posting
• Prepare journal entries for month-end activities, adjustments, accruals, and reclassifications
• Perform account reconciliations, investigate variances, and resolve discrepancies
• Support general accounting tasks such as data validation, ledger maintenance, and report generation
• Assist with month-end close and provide support to accounting teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables
• Maintain documentation, schedules, and audit trails for compliance and reporting
• Help streamline accounting workflows and suggest improvements to Xledger processes

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field
• 2 years of accounting or transaction-processing experience
• Experience using Xledger or similar cloud‑based accounting software
• Strong skills in journal entry preparation, account reconciliations, and general accounting processes
• Familiarity with ERP systems and ability to work with digital accounting workflows
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, lookups, pivot tables preferred)
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
• Good communication skills for collaborating with internal teams
