We are seeking a highly creative, professional, and reliable Graphic Designer with experience in both design and video editing/motion graphics. In this hybrid role, you will oversee design projects from concept to completion while also creating dynamic motion graphics and editing videos for various digital platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all creative outputs are visually compelling, align with our brand identity, and meet project objectives across both static and video mediums. We’re looking for someone who is client-centric, easy to work with, able to follow brand style guides closely, and capable of producing high-quality work in a collaborative environment.

What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Graphic Design & Motion Graphics:

  • Create high-quality graphics, illustrations, logos, and layouts for both print and digital platforms.
  • Design engaging motion graphics and animations for promotional videos, social media, websites, and product marketing.
  • Produce design concepts that are consistent with the brand guidelines and reflect modern design trends.
  • Oversee the conceptualization, planning, and execution of both static and motion design projects from start to finish.

Video Editing & Post-Production:

  • Edit and enhance video content for marketing campaigns, product demonstrations, and company events.
  • Incorporate audio, music, voiceovers, and special effects to produce polished final videos.
  • Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to conceptualize and create well-thought-out storyboards and sketches for video projects, ensuring clear visual representation of ideas before production begins.
  • Manage video projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to deliver integrated creative assets that meet project goals.
  • Ensure smooth communication between teams and stakeholders, maintaining a client-centric approach while being easy to work with and adaptable.
  • Be comfortable pushing back on ideas that do not align with the brand guidelines and take the initiative to guide stakeholders toward win-win solutions. The candidate should be able to effectively explain how brand alignment can be maintained while still delivering what the client wants.
  • Present and explain design and video ideas to stakeholders in a way that builds understanding, ensuring alignment with both the project objectives and brand standards.


Who are we looking for?

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Motion Graphics, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in graphic design and video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing original work that clearly demonstrates the applicant’s individual creative abilities. Portfolios should feature projects where the applicant was the primary designer or clearly indicate their specific contributions in collaborative work.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
  • Strong understanding of motion graphics and video editing tools (e.g., Premier Pro, After Effects, or similar software).
  • Familiarity with, or willingness to learn, Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Dropbox, PageProof, and Asana for task and project management.
  • Familiarity with design principles, including typography, layout, and color theory.
