​We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Generalist with expertise in recruiting and payroll to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing while leading recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent. Additionally, you will support key HR functions, including benefits administration, employee recordkeeping, and HR policy management.

What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Payroll Administration

  • Process bi-weekly payroll for U.S. employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Maintain payroll records, including earnings, deductions, benefits, and taxes.

  • Verify timekeeping records and resolve discrepancies.

  • Ensure timely payroll tax submissions and compliance with IRS and state regulations.

  • Address employee payroll inquiries and assist with year-end payroll reporting (W-2s, tax documents).

  • Stay updated on payroll laws and assist with audits and compliance reporting.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

  • Post job openings, source candidates, and screen applicants.

  • Coordinate interviews and maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS).

  • Conduct reference checks and assist with offer letters and onboarding.

  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Additional HR Support

  • Assist with benefits administration, employee inquiries, and HR compliance.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR policies.


Who are we looking for?

  • 3+ years of U.S. payroll processing experience, including recruitment and HR support functions.

  • Knowledge of payroll taxes, state tax regulations, and IRS compliance.

  • Experience in recruitment sourcing, pre-qualifying applicants, and scheduling interviews.

  • Background in HR support roles, including employee records maintenance, benefits administration, and policy compliance.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • ADP payroll experience (strongly preferred).

  • Ability to start ASAP.
