What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

​Platform Management

    • Configure, customize and manage HubSpot's CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub to align with business objectives and processes.
    • Implement and maintain integrations with other tools, platforms, and systems to streamline workflows and data synchronization.Campaign Development and Execution
    • Plan, create, and execute inbound marketing campaigns using HubSpot's tools and features.
    • Develop and optimize landing pages, email marketing campaigns, workflows, and automation to generate leads, nurture prospects, and drive conversions.

     

    Content Creation and Management

    • Create and manage content within HubSpot, including blogs, social media posts, emails, and other marketing collateral.
    • Optimize content for SEO, user experience, and lead generation to improve visibility and engagement across channels.


    Analytics and Reporting

    • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, campaign effectiveness, and customer engagement using HubSpot's analytics and reporting tools.
    • Provide insights, recommendations, and actionable insights based on data to optimize strategies, campaigns, and performance.

     

    Training and Support

    • Provide training, guidance, and support to internal teams on HubSpot's features, best practices, and platform utilization.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies, implement solutions, and drive continuous improvement across departments.

     

    Optimization and Continuous Improvement

    • Implement A/B testing, experimentation, and optimization strategies to improve conversion rates, user engagement, and campaign performance.
    • Stay updated with HubSpot's latest features, updates, and industry trends to leverage new opportunities and enhance platform capabilities.

     

    Compliance and Best Practices

    • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, email marketing laws, and industry best practices when managing customer data, campaigns, and communications.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HubSpot certifications, training resources, and community support to stay informed and proficient in platform capabilities and solutions.

Who are we looking for?

    • Proven experience as a HubSpot Specialist or similar role, with in-depth knowledge of HubSpot's capabilities and functionalities.
    • Strong technical skills with proficiency in HubSpot CRM.
    • Experience with integrating various platforms/systems with HubSpot using APIs, webhooks, and other integration methods.
    • Solid understanding of data management principles and experience with data migration projects.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
