We are seeking a Planning Analytics/TM1 consultant who will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supporting various solutions built on the TM1 platform. This includes a specific emphasis on the design and implementation of applications to meet the Forecasting and Reporting requirements.

What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Implement Planning Analytics / TM1 solutions through the project lifecycle – requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and support
Design applications to meet project requirements
Develop complex rules and turbo integrator processes
Develop dashboard and reports
Train and mentor clients during the project
Identify best practices and optimize models accordingly
Understand of the development lifecycle and software development methodologies
Work in a collaborative, dynamic team environment and interact at all levels to ensure reliability, availability, scalability, and performance of BI solutions
A strong awareness of industry best practices related to BI and data management
Demonstrate experience with adhering to usability, design, and development standards
Direct interaction with clients to support their BI needs and provide quality customer service

Who are we looking for?

B.S. or B.A. in Computer Science, Business or equivalent work experience preferred
3 to 5 years’ experience with IBM Planning Analytics / TM1
Experience in BI or other data management tools
Excellent organizational, time management, and project planning skills
Analytical and problem resolution skills coupled with strong verbal and written communication skills
