Instructional Designer

We are looking for a Instructional Designer who creates high‑impact, learner‑centered training solutions aligned with organizational goals. This role focuses on training needs analysis, instructional content design, video‑based learning, and e‑learning development using proven methodologies. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex topics into clear, engaging learning programs while leveraging technology and data to continuously improve training effectiveness.


What is your mission? 

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify organizational knowledge and skill gaps
  • Design and develop instructional materials, including facilitator guides, participant workbooks, e‑learning modules, job aids, assessments, and instructional videos
  • Apply adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE and SAM to create effective, learner‑focused programs
  • Ensure learning content is clear, consistent, compliant, and aligned with brand standards
  • Partner with subject matter experts to convert complex content such as financial products, compliance, and client service skills into accessible training materials
  • Collaborate with trainers, managers, and Human Resources or Learning and Development teams to align learning initiatives with business goals
  • Develop and manage digital learning content using authoring tools and publish materials in a Learning Management System
  • Recommend and implement modern learning approaches including microlearning, video, simulations, and gamification
  • Create assessments, surveys, and feedback tools to measure learning effectiveness
  • Track learner participation, analyze performance data, and recommend improvements to demonstrate return on investment


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 10+ years of hands‑on experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or Learning and Development
  • Proven experience designing training programs, e‑learning modules, and instructional video content
  • Direct client‑facing experience gathering requirements and translating them into video‑based and digital learning solutions
  • Proficiency in e‑learning authoring tools including Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Rise, Camtasia, or similar platforms
  • Hands‑on experience managing content within a Learning Management System, including publishing and tracking learner data
  • Demonstrated ability to design multi‑format learning solutions across in‑person, virtual, e‑learning, and blended programs
  • Practical experience using AI solutions to support learning content development and instructional design
  • Proven project management capability managing multiple priorities while delivering on time and within scope
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong collaboration skills when partnering with subject matter experts, business leaders, and Learning and Development teams
  • Advanced writing, communication, and visual design skills to transform complex topics into learner‑friendly content
