This role involves coordinating account setup, guiding new employees through IT systems, and serving as their primary IT point of contact. What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

New Hire IT Coordination

  • Act as the primary IT liaison between HR, store managers, and IT for onboarding new employees.
  • Manage account setup for MFA, Windows logins, emails, and store-specific systems.
  • Proactively follow up with managers to gather missing details and schedule onboarding sessions.

Onboarding & IT Support

  • Set up new hire accounts in various IT systems using internal tools and portals.
  • Conduct remote onboarding sessions via chat or phone to guide employees through:
    • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) setup
    • Windows login & email access
    • Company intranet & support tools
    • PBX/Phone system setup
    • Other IT-related inquiries—leveraging IT support via Slack for complex issues.
  • Provide exceptional user experience, ensuring new hires feel supported and confident with their IT access.

Process Improvement & IT Integration

  • Refine IT onboarding workflows for efficiency and consistency.
  • Document common challenges and collaborate with IT teams to enhance onboarding efficiency.
  • Utilize Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) and IT ticketing systems to track and resolve requests.
  • Participate in team meetings & Slack discussions to align with IT initiatives.


Who are we looking for?

  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems, email platforms, and multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions.
  • Experience in IT Helpdesk tasks, including MFA setup, Windows login assistance, phone configuration, and other IT-related setups.
  • Familiarity with remote management and monitoring (RMM) tools and IT ticketing systems (preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with new hires and managers.
  • Outgoing and enthusiastic personality, enjoys assisting new team members with IT system access.
  • Ability to manage multiple onboarding tasks efficiently and ensure timely completion.
  • Proactive in following up with managers to gather necessary information and resolve any delays.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Passionate about delivering a seamless and positive onboarding experience.
  • Patient, empathetic, and committed to resolving issues while ensuring user satisfaction.
